Waterford Pointe is a well-established lakefront community in Oconee County, SC encompassing over 400 acres and more than four miles of shoreline. With many estate size lots it is one of the largest and most socially active Crescent Communities on Lake Keowee. Amenities include a stunning lakeside clubhouse and swimming pool, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, children’s playground, boat slips for interior lot owners, a paved walking trail and a nearby boat and RV storage lot. A state-of-the-art security system protects the residents and limits access to our private facilities. Owner’s dues are currently $946.00 annually.
Required annual septic inspection fee is $70.00.
Interior lots come with an assigned boat slip. Annual Fee is $439.00.
All homes pay Spectrum Internet and Video service fee. Annual fee $818.00.

The clubhouse is used for community-wide events, clubs and committee meetings.
Property owners are able to reserve it for private events; paperwork, use fee, and a deposit are
required.
The pool is typically open from May 10th to October 1st.

An outdoor storage facility is maintained where spaces may be rented on an annual fee

Information specific to For Sale signs:
Waterford Pointe has specific requirements for realtor and owner For Sale signs. One
sign is to be placed at the front of each lot as specified in the document ‘For Sale Sign Schedule
R’ on our website. This Waterford Pointe sign is the only sign to be displayed in front of houses
for sale.
Waterfront properties may have one additional sign on the lake side of the property.
